RIPPA’s manufacturer parts warranty, measured from delivery date, ending at whichever comes first: the stated years or operating hours. Parts-only coverage: approved parts are supplied free of charge from the manufacturer’s warehouse; labour, service calls and travel are the owner’s responsibility.

Warranty requires scheduled maintenance with genuine parts and documented service records. Not covered: labour, filters and fluids, welded structural components, damage from misuse, overloading, unauthorised modification or missed maintenance.
Grease all fittings (boom, arm, bucket, swing bearing). Walk-around for leaks. Check fluid levels and track tension. Five minutes prevents eighty percent of major failures.
First service at 50 hours. Engine oil and filters every 200 hours. Hydraulic oil every 300 hours. Our parts packages cover each scheduled interval for every model.
